Rico SP Tablet is a clinically effective triple-action pain relief formulation that combines Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. It provides fast and long-lasting relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions.
Aceclofenac IP – 100 mg
Paracetamol IP – 325 mg

Aceclofenac – A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking prostaglandin synthesis.
Paracetamol – Enhances pain relief and reduces fever through central analgesic action.
Serratiopeptidase – An enzyme that breaks down inflammatory proteins, reducing swelling and promoting faster healing of tissues.
Together, these three components provide synergistic pain relief and faster recovery.
Although Rico SP Tablet is well tolerated, some patients may experience mild to moderate side effects such as:
Fatigue
Nausea and vomiting
Gastric ulcers or stomach discomfort
Abdominal pain
Diarrhea
Mouth ulcers
Cloudy urine with blood (rare)
Allergic skin reactions or rash
⚠️ Note: Prolonged use should be done under medical supervision, especially in patients with liver, kidney, or gastric issues.
Take the medicine after meals with plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
